Hello, I am a brand new Angel
, I passed this life to the Rainbow Bridge on 6-18-09. I was an auntie dog to Bailey, Little bit and Rudy. I belonged to the parents of their owner. I was adopted from a local shelter through the pets for seniors program. Such a worthwhile program and it got me a home. It's a program sponsored by Pedigree Brand pet foods. Aw... now I sound like a commercial, but really, that is how I got adopted. I was 8 months old. They found out that I had a heart murmur, but I lived a long life. My parents adopted me on Good Friday. That is how I got my name. Pretty neat huh? Anyway, my human sissy wanted to give me a page.
about meI was adopted at 8 months of age from a shelter through the Pedigree pets for Seniors program. I lived many years with my parents, I was a therapy dog for my Dad when he started having strokes. I let people know when he needed help and I also tried to nurse my Daddy back to health. My Daddy died back in 1998, I was very sad because I was a Daddy's girl. My Daddy always told the kids when they were little to never feed a dog off the plate, well, guess what? I got the food off the plate. Pretty special huh?
Once Dad was gone, It was me and Mom. when she got sick, I became her therapy dog. She had leukemia and I kept her going, going for walks, getting exercise. That was my job. Mom went into the hospital and I got so worried I hid under the bed and wouldn't come out. That happened several times. Then Mom didn't come back after Dec. 4, 2007. I went to live with a human auntie until I died. I had a very good life.
Well, I am a new angel, I died peacefully in my sleep on 06-18-09.
I hope to meet some other angels here, heavenly angels and earth angels.

Friday MEOW and PURR to a new furiend. We are supposed to have snow all weekend but nothing so far. That's okay with me. I don't go outside anyway. But those "BOYS" love it and come in and shake all over me and get me wet. Rude HUH!?!
