Welcome to the Cheer Up Campaign!

This group is to gather cards, letters, etc. to send to families of Doggyspace that are having a hard time, just lost a family member or who need our support for any reason.

We welcome your suggestions for dogs who may need some cheering up and for new and fun ways to cheer people up!

Current Campaigns (as of 3-09-10):

Our dear friend Prince BobbyLee is in need of our love and support as his mom continues to suffer from MS that unfortunately is taking its toll both physically and emotionally. She is currently undergoing intensive Chemotherapy for Leukemia as well. Atlas & Kane have e-mail and snail mail addresses so please PM us for the info and let's show this family how much they mean to us.

Sage the Cocker Spaniel (profile 27902) has been diagnosed with IHMA, and is in need of your prayers and support. Atlas will be collecting the cards to forward them to Sage. PM's can also be sent through DS. Please contact Atlas or Kane for the address. You are in our hearts and prayers, Sage.

As some of you might have read, Buddy Boy Smith's Mommy has been feeling ill and as yet the doctors have been unable to diagnosis the problem. Let's all let her know that our love and support are with her as she tries to find out what is wrong so she can get the problem(s) taken care of. Atlas and Kane have both snail mail and e-mail addresses, so please PM either one for the information.

Our dear friend LadyBug crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on February 4th. We have begun a CUC for her family. If you would like the e-mail address for them, please contact either Atlas or Kane. Rest in peace, our dear Angel LadyBug.

The time for our friend Apollo Schultz to cross the Rainbow Bridge is nearing, and we have started a CUC for him and his family. The address is the same as that listed in the Postcard Exchange Group, or you can contact Atlas or Kane for the address. Apollo, you and your family are in our prayers, dear friend.

We have started a CUC for Maxamillion and Tupper's mom. She had knee surgery a while back, and is in a grat deal of pain. It is difficult for them to be on DS very long, and Max and Tupper miss their DS friends. We are praying that their Mom get relief quickly.

We have CUC going for Diamons's mom who underwent back. Please keep her and Diamond in your prayers.

We started a CUC for our dear friend Pepsi. She will be undergoing scopes of her stomach and small intestines to determine the cause of her nausea. Please keep Pepsi and her mom in your prayers during this tense time.

It is with a heavy heart that we have started a CUC for dear Apollo Schultz who has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. His family is having a very difficult time with this news and could use all the love and support we can offer. They have asked that they be contacted by e-mail so please PM me or Kane for that info.

The Vet just called and Mouse's procedure it done.Mommy is going to go and pick her up and bring her home.The Vet said she has Vaginities again.It must not have cleared up from the last time she had it.So he is going to put her on another antibotic and do 7 days of Vaginal f... (read more)

Mommy just got home from dropping Mouse off at the Vet.The vet will do an endoscope and decide when he's doing this wheather or not he will do a biopsy.He said it all depends on what he sees while doing this test.We are puzzled the both of us why she is spot bleeding periodi... (read more)

Mommy just got off the phone with our vet and Mouse will be going in tomorrow (Tuesday) morning to have an endoscope done and a biopsy to see why she is still bleeding. She will have to be put under for this procedure.Mommy doesn't like when we have to be put under it always... (read more)
