We MOVED!... I'm loving my new house

Right now I'm just hanging out on the deck outside while mom is inside on the computer.
I love the freedom and all the fun new places to explore in our new house. It's HUGE! The hardwood floors are a bit much on a big dog, but all the rugs mom has placed throughout the house help a lot -- I need something to give me "traction" when I'm getting up :-D
Funny story... we have no less than 6 thick plush dog beds in our house (at one point there were 3 of us dogs, so we have a lot of dog beds!). But where do I choose to go when mom says "go get on your bed"?...
Answer: the old ratty bath mat that she put at the top of the stairs! She put it there when she noticed I was liking that particular spot of hardwood flooring. (My little secret: I can see most areas inside the house from there!) And I guess I was leaving a lot of droolage at the top of the stairs. Whatever, I got a comfy bath mat (umm... bed) out of it!!
