Kizzy a Puppy Mill Release Dog to the Miniature Pinscher Rescue

First of all we wanted to thank all of you that have made Donations to the Miniature Pinscher Rescue.

Mom got an email from a lady telling her that their was a puppy mill in Northwestern Missouri that was releasing their dogs and that she had a Min Pin that they needed a rescue to come forward to get.  All the other dogs had rescues that came forward except for Kizzy.  Mom hurried up and contacted the Min Pin Rescue and they got the information they needed on her.  Kizzy is a waiting for her transportion to St. Louis Mo where she will have a warm bed to sleep in until transportation is arranged to get her to Arkansas to her new foster family.

Kizzy has lived all her life having puppies and living in a 2' x 2' x 2' x 2' rabbit cage suspended from the ceiling.  She has been standing on a wire cage all her life.  Kizzy has never seen the sunlight and only has seen artifical lighting.  If the rescue did not step up to get her the breeder of the puppy mill was going to shoot her with a 22 and end her life.  But because of people like you that donate to our cause we were able to go in and put a hold on her and give her a second chance in life.  Kizzy has a mammary tumor and she is going to need extra care.  Because of people like you she can get that extra care she needs.

We are not sure of her age, she had a tag under her picture that had the number 2000 on it with her name.  We are not sure if that was a tag number or the year she was born.  But, if it was the year she was born that means she has been in that cage for 9 years.

Thank you once again for all that you do to help the dogs in need.  Soon Kizzy will be laying in a bed that she has never laid in before and having someone hold her and love her and has be given a second chance.

Thank you once again from all of us, The Min Pin Rescue and dogs like Kizzy.

We have attached a picture of her.  As you can see what she has been living in and how scared she looks.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  If you can every spare some change please visit our website at www.mipin911.org and you will be helping dogs like Kizzy get their second chance.

Once again Thank You
Ruv The Min Pin Gang and Mom

This is Kizzy please say some prayers that she will come out of this knowing what love is all about and her surgery on her mammary tumor.

Poor Baby...she does look scart and also looks like she's had a litter of pups very recently. I'll be praying for her. Please keep us pup-dated on her condition. Also, it would be great if her foster pawrent would join DS!

Thanks again everyone. Kizzy is going to need a lot of prayers that is for sure. She is going to have to learn to be socialized. But, we have faith and we have a lot of puppy power prayers and we know she can do it.

We know what you mean Max, we need stricter laws and without them this is going to continue. When mommy looks at this picture of her it just breaks her heart. And she thinks about wonder if she never got that email what would have happened to her then. You can see her tumor and who knows how long she has had that. Once she gets transported to St. Louis and then to Arkansas she will then be checked out by a vet to see if that is the only health issue she has. Let's pray that it is the only thing wrong with her and pray hard that they are able to remove it and she gets the second chance in life that she so much deserves.
