blurbWell I've been busy taking care of my mommy, she's been sick for a few weeks. I felt bad for her and missed her when she was in the hospital, but she did call me a couple of times a day to say "hi". She's doing much better now and says it is because of me. I missed getting bread from her, daddy doesn't always remember to give it to me.
Mommy is taking me for a walk in the morning...Yeah!!!!!
about meMy name is Cosmo and I am 12 years old. I have a mom and dad that love me lots. My two older brothers (humans) left the nest (not sure what that means, but I see mom crying everytime she says it). Personally, I don't mind that the nest is empty because now I have mommy all to myself.
I have a fear of the water. Ya, I know I'm a lab and I'm supposed to love it, but..... I also don't hunt, so don't always believe what you read about dog breeds. My day consists of hanging out with mom and dad. On the weekends I go to the dog park. LOVE IT!!!
My favorite snacks are Pizza (no topping), french bread, french fries and steamed carrots. Unfortunately I do not get as much of the first three items as I would like. I just recently discovered that I have telepathic powers. One day as I was focusing (2 hours or so) my attention on a loaf of bread that was sitting high atop the fridge, it suddenly fell off and landed right in front of me...WOW. It only happened the one time so far, but I am certain it will happen again.
I have some health issues and I started accupuncture for my bad spine. I had needles stuck everywhere, mommy was chuckling and kept saying she wish she had her camera.
I have lots of friends at the dog park and two special frieinds that live on either side of me. I do have a cyber sweetie named Beanie, she lives far away, so we just usually call each other.

Cosmo, I know its a a short time since you have departed us here on earth, but I miss you terribly... my momma still cries with loving thoughts of you... as I know your mom and dad still do as well. I will always be your virtual girlfriend and mom misses barking into your telephone answering machine to leave you messages from me. Hi Cosmo, thanks for being my new friend! I am glad to hear your mommy is feeling better. Mine works me to hard. The barkery is fun, put how many treats do I have to try. Who am I kidding, I give very customer my cutest face, just hoping they will slip me something.

Cosmos: When my humans first got me they came home to find some bananas that magically flew off the kitchen counter and would up the living room with no bananas, but lots of peel left behind. I got blamed for that. Can you imagine, I got banned from the kitchen from that point on.

Hey Cosmo! How are you doing today? My mommy laughed when she read, " I just recently discovered that I have telepathic powers. My mommy went away one day for a few hours and forgot to get the brownies off of the microwave. Well, they didn't need to be warmed up for me! My mommy didn't even need to use the dishwasher by the time I got done with that pan! It was spotless! Well, she was mad, but she was more concerned about my health. She called the vet and thank goodness the vet said I would be alright...I sure didn't want to go and let them poke and prod all over me....I sure was hyper for a few hours.....truth be told...I would eat the brownies again! Duncan Hines rocks!

Hi Cosmo, wow Beanie's boyfriend! We are almost like family! Did you know that my mom and Auntie Phyllis are sisters? We live long distance too, so we don't get to see them too often. Did you see I have 2 human brothers that moved out, and you are right, I miss them but now I can bug mom all day long for more treats, take me out...again, and for some TLC. My mom works from the house lots of time, so I sit here with her and keep her company. I think you have a terrific diet and that telepathic powers, wow I am impressed! What state do you live in. My mommy gives me frozen peas (of course thawed by the microwave) and I love them! Green beans are not my favorite, but I do like the juice. Daddy tries to excercise me more so I will lose some weight. I have gone from 112 to 92. I think we might be sisters...I am not crazy about water either and I think it is my mommys fault! When I was little she would take me to the pond and throw the ball in, but I was such a porker at a very young age, she was afraid that I was going to drown and she said that she had fished in that pond so she knew what was in it and she wasn't going in after me. I will walk thru the creek if we are by one, but that is the extent of my water. We sure do look alike! Beautiful!

Hello my boyfriend! Did you have a good time at the doggy park yesterday? Did you sniff many dog butts? Remember, you are only allowed to sniff my butt. Mom and dad are having bbq with friends today, but mom says I can be outside to hunt squirrels while they eat "foul" things. Have a great Sunday! I miss you!
