Another Freezy Frosty Morning....

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE,WELL I WAS OUT FOR SPINS WITH MAMMY THIS MORNING WE WERE LEAVING MIKEY TO SCHOOL AND IT WAS -5.5C....BRRRRRRRR! EVERYWHERE IS WHITE FROM THE FROST,BUT THANKFULLY THE ROADS ARE NOT SLIPPY AS THEY ARE DRY.WE HAVE AN AWFUL JOB TO DO TODAY,WE HAVE TO TAKE DOWN OUR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS,EVERYWHERE DOES LOOK SO DULL & BORING WHEN THEY COME DOWN,THEN ITS FINE AFTER A FEW DAYS BU...

Hey there Max, I had a great holidays, Mom sure does spoil us, and the neighbors pets and her friends pets...I got lots of stuff!! She already took down the tree, got tired of me running through the house and jumping on my bed and 'skiing' into it! It was kinda fun. Happy new year to you too!!

I agree with your mom ... some people put their decs up way TOO early but then take them all down before Christmas is truly over ... bah humbugs to them!!! There is a house though that DOES leave their decs up ALL year round ... that's not yours is it!!! You sure you're Ireland and not in the UK *giggles*

Hi Max ... tee hee! I hope she hasn't taken them down too early! There is some debate going on to when they should be taken down incase it brings bad luck etc. Gulp! Ah well ... yawn ... us dogs don't care for such thinks *giggles* ... back to 40 more winks ZZZzzz :) P.S Love your new look page and piccies :)

BRRRRR! That is cold, Max. So little time, so much to do - so we just do what we can do. Perhaps things will settle down once the holidays are over and your Mammy will have more time for DS. Someone else did the pic for me (Trixie 6980) w/her Mom's mobile. Pretty nifty, huh? BB kept Mum's new laptop yesterday to fix a broken clip on the battery case so she's going thru withdrawal but that too will pass. Stay warm, little friend.
We normally keep it until 1/7 but mom got tired of it today, took it down and cleaned up the area. She then "found" another project - the large hallway closet - because the xmas stuff would not fit in there anymore. Sigh, I spent most of the time watching her from my chair because if she gets in one of these "moods" I better don't run around and get in the way. After numerous trips to the trash chute she finally finished with the vacuum and hardwood floor polish. All clean and shiny now, time to get my toys out and spread them out all over the place, BOL!

Don't get me wrong, Max I like my crate. It's large and comfy and I willingly go in there when ledt alone or if company gets too loud. It was the word 'forever' that sounded so ominous. Unfortunately we all have peeps around who aren't pet lovers, and that I just don't understand. You were very kind to Auntie, perhaps she'll have a change of heart someday. Too bad your Daddy has to miss the festivities but you're right; he's fortunate to have a job so we must be thankful for that. Take good care of your Mammy and enjoy the festivities. Wags!!

Things got pretty hot around here today, Max but things seems to be fully functioning now so she's a happy camper. Mum threatened to put me in the crate - FOREVER, she yelled and she's not normally like that. Papa and I just stayed out of her way. You still have a few days of festivities yet. Enjoy!!!

Is it hard to travel with pets? Mom and Dad never take me anywhere. Dad always ssys I can't go because I don't have a passport. I always though Dad was just too tight to buy me one. Anyway, I got my name because I have been traveling from house to house all my life. I was abandoned on the side of the road when I was a pup and a nice german sheppard took me to his house. His Mom couldn't keep me but found me a very nice home. I was in heaven with my new Mom but, after several years, she broke her hip and I was relegated to being tied outside all the time. Well, I finally convinced this nice couple I was meant to be their new son - my 4th. home. They named me Hobo because I have moved around so much. I work editing a website for my Mom. It's about pet shelters and is sort of dry for my taste, so I write a story from the pet's point of view when I have time-just to liven things up.
