Need Help Finding Owner ******Updated******** [Edit] Posted on: March 6, 2010 at 8:02 pm Young female Basset Hound pup found wondering the streets in New Castle, PA.She is a black and tan basset. Looks like my sister Roxanne, only younger. BOLIf anyone has heard of a missing basset please let us know. Thank you.We believe the basset hound was stolen from Ohio, maybe around the Dayton area
