about me Hi, my name is Augustus or Gus for short. I am named after the character in Dad's favorite movie "Lonesome Dove". I live in Eastern Oregon and enjoy barking at the deer, quail and other animals from my couch. I don't get to close though, quail are tougher than they look. I spend most days with my human working in his home office or traveling to see his customers. I get to meet all the special people he works with and get some good petting. My hobbies include playing with my friend Posey the Boston Terrier, begging for treats at the gas station, Bank or other drive thru's and rolling around in the dirt (or something a little more aromatic) after my bath. On weekends I like to watch football (GO DUCKS!!!) and MMA with Dad. We got a new riding lawn mower recently and I really enjoy helping him drive it around. I couldn't be prouder of my 3 babies Quigley, Jasmine and Peanut. My pictures show how cute they are playing with their mom Chloe. I get to see them once in a while but not often enough.

Well I finally got my first bird. I have been chasing them for years but I finally got one. I stalked them for a while and then made my move, I jumped into the middle of a whole bunch of quail and they flew off like normal but one flew right into my head and fell down. It must be so pretty where you live. It would be too far for us to drive from Florida and back. Even Colorado is pretty far away. Besides dad loves downhill skiing so he wants to be close to slopes. Have a great halloween...boooooo

Wow!!! Another puggie like me! There aren't too many black pugs around. I like your name it's pretty! I like getting hyper too! I get really hyper at night right before I go to bed. Augustus I know what you mean in that they don't run, just the other day I was really close to one barking away and it just stood there and left when it got ready but I know it was thinking how crazy is this dog because can't she see I am not afraid of her.

Good morning Augustus. Gizmo told me you live in John Day, Oregon. My momsie visited Portland and Bend a few years ago and fell in love with Oregon and the people over there. I don't know your town but I'm sure it is as lovely as the rest of the state. We live part time in South Florida and Colorado but momsie says she will never forget Oregon.
