Mom finally gained the courage to post a picture of my dad Lexus celebrating his last birthday with a cool party. He passed over the Rainbow Bridge 5 years ago, but it still hurts mom as if it was just yesterday. We think of him all the time and visit him at the beautiful Hartsdale pet cemetery often, although Mommy still cries when we do.
Mom says he saved her and he taught her responsibility, unconditional love and even more compassion for all animals. When he passed she was so sad that she got very sick and could not go to work for a long time. She felt guilty for having to put him to sleep but he was very ill and she said his eyes told her he was ready to go to heaven, so she could not be selfish and make him suffer more surgeries. So she let him go over the Rainbow Bridge.
Mom says I'm her angel, and my dads legacy of love, cause if is it wasn't for me she would have really lost it. And, in loving memory of Lexus she began volunteering at our local animal shelter to help other doggies find loving homes too.
I hope that sharing my Dad's picture and legacy on Doggyspace will show others how beautiful and special he is and how much he is still loved and missed.

I HOPE EVERYONE (DOGGIES AND PEOPLE ALIKE) WHO VISITS MY PAGE IS HEALTHY AND HAPPY. AND I HOPE MOST OF ALL, THAT SOMEDAY EVERY DOGGY WILL HAVE GREAT PEOPLE IN THEIR LIVES TO LOVE AND CARE FOR THEM AND CHERISH THEM, TILL THE END OF TIME, LIKE HOW MY PEOPLE LOVE ME!

So glad you are my new friend, Sirus. Lexus, your dad, was one lucky dog and he knows that! Isn't it great that we have wonderful friends and relatives like him waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge? While he's waiting, he is happy and healthy now. Tell your Mom it's okay and natural to still be sad, but she will see him again someday and what a reunion that will be. Happy Holidays to you all. Hi Sirus! Happy to have you for my friend. Yur Dad Lexus is a handsome guy and you got that from him. I wanna thank you for yur nice comment on Laird's video. My human Dad says he knows how yur Mom feels about Lexus cuz he also has my two brudders Laird & Laddi at the Bridge, and he misses them dearly. Well, we know we'll see em when our time comes, and they're in a good place till then. Hope you and yur family have a wonderful Christmas, and don't worry about Lexus, he'll be there with you even though you can't see him.

Hi Sirus.....You are so cute.....I have a cat that I don't really LOVE, but I like her, tolerate her.....she thinks she is a beagle too, but she has 5 of us to live with.....so I think she has an identity crisis.
