     This is me, LEO!     This is my brother, LUKE.  


LEONARDO       My "people" mom found me in a newspaper ad in May of '07 when I was less than 2 months old.  I was the tiniest of 4 boys.  I was the only tri-colored one, too!  When I came to my new home I was barely over TWO pounds.  I weighed in at 19 pounds when I was 18 months old.  I'm still just a kid.  Momma named me Leonardo, but she usually just calls me Leo. 


LUKE                  I am Leo's 10 year old brother.   My birthday is April 4, 1998.   Momma adopted me to be a companion to our sister, Lorna Doone, who was 3 at the time.  She passed away in 2-07.  Leo looks almost like me, but he has white on his face and I don't.  He's also still smaller than me right now. Momma says Leo may never get quite as big as ME.


We also have a cat brother and sister that came here 3 years ago.   We love to herd them around.  But for some reason they don't really seem to enjoy it. Monet puts up with it, but Matisse SPITS and GROWLS a lot.  Monet seems just fine after his surgery in the summer.

An erroneous message had been posted stating participants had to be  5 years old to enter our naming contest.    LET ME CORRECT THAT RIGHT NOW!!!! The correct age is ONLY  " T W O   MONTHS." (We wanted to include those with more life experiences- YOU KNOW - LIKE SHADOW) Sorry for any inconvenience.   L, L, and family

We came here at differnt ages, starting with me at age one year back at our other house we use to live in Tyler. Max came later at this house, at age three,then Rusty at age six then last summer we got Kinsey. Yes it is where Bill and Star are from" We do not know them personaly but we are very proud of them for being on the show "Greatest American Dog" Where in Texas are you from?
