I am a rescue dog and PROUD of it! I have been my Mommy's inspiration for helping other animals just like me to find happiness with a new family.

about me

I was dropped off at the SPCA in the Tampa, FL area when I was 6 months old in April 1997. I came in on a Fri, found my new Mommy on Sunday and went home Tues. I know I was very lucky that I did not stay there that long. I am my Mommy's best friend - her shadow. When we found each other it was just the 2 of us. Then she added my Daddy and 2 other doggies to play with. Since then my 2 friends have died, and have one doggie sister - Annie a coonhound. She wants to be boss but I let her know that I am the head dog around here. These days I am moving much slower - Mommy says its arthritis. I am taking medication to help me. I have been Mommy's inspiration for helping other animals. I was the co-host of a TV show Mommy produced years ago in FL about dogs and cats available for adoption. Mommy & I have done such great work together!

Why is this dog in MY house??

Mommy was talking to our neighbor about their vacation and that maybe her beagle could come stay with us. I was not very happy about that! Nelson, the beagle, came over for a few hours to see how we would all get along. Annie really likes him so she was OK with it. I was like - stay AWAY from MY Mommy!!     Thanks for being my friend........I'm a rescue too and proud of it!!! My mommy got me after my sister Daisy went to the Bridge. Mommy saved her too and had her for over 14 yrs. Mommy said that Daisy Angel sent me to mommy so she wouldn't be sad, Sully would have someone to play with and I would have a home!!!! I love my home and my brother Sully, but don't tell him!!!     Hello Dakota, thank you fur being my furfriend. I 'll send u all my positie energy to heal your legs. My doctor sad if that is some joint problem, you could try some homeopathy called SILICEA D6.
