I love laying in the sun, digging holes, playing fetch, fishing for trout, but mostly I like taking mom's shoes outside so she can't find them. I love going to the dog park and playing with all my friends there.
about meHi, my name is Apollo Xavier Schultz...I am Shiba Inu/wolf...I was rescued by my mum and dad after hurricane Katrina..I was one of the many dogs that were left behind when their owners left..don't know whether my former owners died or just moved and left me but I'm glad mum came when she did..I was scheduled to go to the back room of the place where I was being held and sent to Rainbow Bridge when mum said she would most definitely take me home with her...She saved my life and gave me a second chance to love someone...I in turn repaid her by becoming her constant companion and her asthma alert dog and helped her foster and train the rescues she got from time to time...she gave me the best 6 years of my life..they were filled with lot's of love and understanding and certainly lots of trips and surprises...Now I am a handsome angel at Rainbow Bridge and watch over all my family and my friends

Hello again dudes and dudettes..I have some very good news..you know i wrote my last journal about a wolf hybrid in the kill shelter were mum lives and without a rescue or sanctuary to pull him he would have been put down..they would not have adopted him out to any person..they do the same with pits there as well..in their opinion wolf hybrids are mean and cannot be controlled...they are so very w...

Uh Huh I agree never owned one but Czar and you have us convinced 100%. Did you try the site I sent you ? Laws they aren't there when they are really needed! Dogs have limits but criminals get time after time breaks!!! I know yoooou are doing everything possible. god Bless you for that.

did you get my e-mail? contacted our wolf park in La Fayette In. and they wrote back with this info. Hi Pam, We do not accept rescue animals, however Wolf Spirit: http://www.wildspiritwolfsanctuary.org/ sometimes has room for them. You can try contacting them to see if they have room in their facility or if they know of anywhere that is currently accepting animals. Best of luck finding an appropriate home how long does he have? let me know if he gets into a shelter ok. Prayers are with him and you.

That Rainbow Bridge sounds pretty cool from what I hear from you (barking birthday-reminder calendars-wow!) and our Angel Chance (he says he plays with you regularly up there and says what a great time he has).
