Hi, I'm Willie! Mom and Dad rescued me almost 8 years ago. I am a border collie/shepherd mix. Long walks, running on the beach, swimming and hanging with my friends are my passions. I am a very lucky boy to have such a great life! I had a bad start, but Mom and Pops came and gave me my forever home. You see, I spent my early puppyhood alone outside in a yard with no one to love me. The people in the house didn't want me anymore. I was only 5 months old! A nice lady kept on walking by with her dog, and eventually she took me to the shelter she volunteered at. I was in a crate in an animal hospital for 10 long weeks waiting for someone to find me. They did. When I first came home with my new parents I didn't know anything about living in a house. I didn't know what a ball or doggy toy was, I was a cautious boy. It was tough, but Mom and Pops were very patient with me. I am soooooooo lucky, any doggy would love to have my parents love them, but they're all mine!

Hi all...as you know, I have nerve sheath cancer, my condition is "guarded"..well, I grew a big lump on my chest and my pawrents are taking me in to the dogtor tomorrow evening to have a look at it. Mom is hoping it is just a fatty tumor and unrelated to my other cancer. Please send us prayers, we need your support...I need support, not only do I have that lump, but I have to be tranqu...

Hi Willie! Mommy has been really busy with school, but dont worry. Next week is spring break for her! YAY! hehe.
