Mom just got the report from the vet about my CBC...I have been off prednisone for 7 weeks now and my platelets were 141K down from 145K a month ago which is fine. My HCT was up to 43 from 38 a month ago, so we don't have to get another CBC for 6 whole weeks!!! Mom is very happy with me!!! Thank you all, as always...for those good thoughts and prayers which help me, I"m sur...

Mommy and I are so glad that you liked the Valentine's Day card. It is hard to keep up with cards and I understand that. I often just want you three and your Mommy to know that you are all in our thoughts so much and that even though we do not talk often we still think about you all and always hope that you are all well. Yes Cooper, that's the red blankie that came with Freddy. It was a good thing you warned me to make sure I got it when she arrived cuz they didn't give it to me when they brought her out and I had to ask them to go back and look for it.

Hi Cooper, We are all battened down, mom took down all the Halloween decorations and anything else that was hanging or able to blow away. Quincy is not on the Cape, but north of us just outside of Boston, but not too far away. We have three Ice Skating Rinks here on the Cape. One in Borne, one here where we live in Dennis - famous because both Nancy Kerrigan and Paul Wylie trained here. The other one is down in Orleans. Dennis is right smack in the middle of Cape Cod. We have the ocean on one side of our town and the bay on the other, but lots of space in between. Sandy is supposed to swing just around the Cape and leave us alone, but mom isn't taking any chances. Our house 165 years old and has seen a lot of storms and blows - here comes another one. Thanks for checking in on us.
