My name is Cooper.  Everyone thinks it's a cool name.  I'm staying for a while with Romeo and Chipper at their house.  I'm a VERY good boy and I am having lots of fun playing with them.  They are nice to me.  My foster Mom and Dad think I'm great!  GUESS WHAT!  MOM AND DAD ADOPTED ME OFFICIALLY ON OCTOBER 7, 2009!!!  I now have a "furever" home"!

about me

Somewhere in downstate Illinois, I had a nice home, but when my Daddy passed away, no one knew what to do with me.  They took me to a place that I really didn't like and put me in a cage. After a few days, they were overcrowded, so they said they were going to "gas me".  I didn't know what it meant, but it didn't sound good.  They were mean to me also.

A nice lady heard about this, and let me go to her house for a week. I was a very good boy and played with her dogs.  They put a whole bunch of dogs from lots of places  in different cars and vans and went on what they called a transport.  It was a very long ride, but Romeo and Chipper's Mom met this transport and I happily got in the car with her. It wasn't crowded with other dogs.  I watched the road very carefully, 'cause I didn't know if she was a good driver or not! BOL!  But we soon got to their house and I met Romeo and Chipper and we are great pals now!  I am a super good boy, well mannered, house trained and will be available for adoption one of these days.  Romeo and Chipper and I all look alike!  Mom has to do a "double take" to tell us apart!

What is THAT?

Today there was something going on that I'd never paid much attention to before. There is this kind of a hole in our wall.  Today I  noticed that Mom put a big stick in there and pretty soon there was all this warm air coming out of it..I kept going over and sticking my nose close to this screen thing that was in front of it and my nose got nice and warm.
