BURP!   My name is Ruger and I am here with my brother Daddy.  We are two full breed German Shepherd's that love to play and romp and talk and eat and run and sleep and eat and play and romp and eat....well, you get the picture!    

about me

We are back for another go round!   About me, Ruger....I will be turning two years old shortly and I have been with my mommy and daddy moe since I was just a puppy.   They have taught me everything I know and I have turned into one of the proudest, happiest Shepherds around!  Nothing can get me down!  Oh, and I'm such a sweetie and love to snuggle with my mommy.  She never gets out of my sight, unless she has to go to work. 

About Daddy, well, Daddy came to our house this past summer.  He was discarded like a piece of old toast that no one wanted.  He was in a shelter when his people didn't have any time for him so needless to say, he was one heartbroken pup.  Thats when mommy and daddy moe found him on Petfinder and we brought him home the same day we went to see him.  I was not to excited about this, because I was the only child from the start and we had our scuffles and it took me a while to warm up to him, but now he is my bestest bud in the whole wide world and we could not imagine our lives without each other. i got to teach him to love life again, to play like a dog and to relax and not worry about our mommy and daddy moe because he is part of our family now.  And Daddy just turned 5 his past october!

A New Home for Lambeau!!

    So, what's shakin' MN Puppies? You won't believe it....mom gave me a BATH this morning...tossed me in the tub and everything! I didn't think she could pick me up - I am 80 pounds, but I guess when there is a will, there is a way! I have to admit, it did feel good getting the rub down. Not so keen on the soap part, but the scrubbing, got "my motor running....." BOL! That is what the family calls it when I get the hind leg thumpin'! She said I was a stinky-dog. What the bark does that mean? Really! She said something about "leaking" and she needs to speak to Doc Kim about it. She said not to worry, it is an OLD AGE THING.....and she is HAPPY tha I have an OLD AGE THING! BOL! ME TOO! Heck, I am what, 86 or so in human years? Let me see how all her parts and peices are workin' at 86! BOL!!! That's my mom...taking care of me!!! This has been a quiet week - the ole bones have been a bit stiff after our walks earlier this week, but I did get to play with mom and my football right before lunch. LOVE my football! OK, mom said we need to visit others, so you all have a WONDERFUL Saturday! Pops!
