about me

I am my family's second BMD. My Uncle Zurich was first. We were both born at the home of Kay Wendorf and Serendipity Berners. My Grandma was Zurich's littermate Lea. We became part of the Alpstadt Berners with the Lintzenichs. Zurich was "UKC-AG1 Serendipity vor Zyten Alpstadt, CD, CGC," he passed away in Feb 2007. My name is "Serendipity Peacetalk Alpstadt, RA." I am a show dog but first and foremost my mom's best friend. I have my Rally Advanced title and 7 points (as of Aug '08) toward my Championship. I also am practicing for regular obedience and agility. Mom hopes to get me into carting soon.
I also have lived with a mutt Cocker/Italian Greyhound mix named Mitzi, she too died last year in Oct 2007. I currently live with Isaac an Australian Shepherd and Spencer a Havanese. Isaac is just a pet and Spencer used to shows with me, had 13 points toward his championship already including a major, but then he grew up too big for his breed and so now he will only be an obedience dog. My mom says if I keep doing good I might be a mom someday soon. I love puppies.

    Oh Geneve, you are such a beautiful girl, you look like a cuddly ragdoll in doggy form. My Mommy had a bit of a sad weekend as after I passed she bought a ragdoll for her grandaughter and she brought him (Dreamer) this weekend. Though he is beautiful and sweet, being around him makes Mommy miss me all the more. We are wonderful kitties, we wrap our arms around the humans necks and hugs, we hold our arms up like a child to be picked up. In just the 2 short months Mommy had me she got use to those small things and fell in love with them. Mommy had a maine coon for 18 years. She adored her also. They are wonderful cats also. All of us animals have wonderful things about us in our own ways. We are always watching over you and your family and smiling at what a wonderful and loving family your have. You are blessed as is my family. I'm wishing you a wonderful New year. I am grateful that this year I was able to make your friendship.

    Oh, it was a quiet birthday (except for a little barking during play time). I got a whole bag of new tennis balls and a couple of other toys. I"d say it was a great birthday overall!

    Hi there girrrl! I was doing the show scene too, even had one of them major things. But my former Mom decided that I be better off as a spoiled princess and here I am! Mom's friends know alllll about that dog show judge thing. Whew! Except for the showing off thing around the ring, I'm enjoying just staying home and playing with my kitty and Nemo! Mom and Dad told me that they were considering a Swissie. You are just so gorgeous!

    Hi Geneve! Thanks for the good luck at my next trial! This will be my first AKC Trial. I have my ASCA Standard Novice title that I got at my first ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club) Trial, but I missed my Jumpers because I was too excited. So I'll be in Novice at this trial, which is good since we're just coming back! My mom kinda wishes we weren't starting with an AKC trial, but the next ASCA one isn't until mid-October so we're going with it. I tend to have the opposite problem as you... I don't stop and look-I just keep going and take whatever I think looks best to take next! My moms had a few words for me too when I've done that! Mom just needs to keep up with me and it'll be all good! When did you get started with Agility?
