blurbabout meHi! My name is Brody! I'm a border collie/corgi/black lab mix. I'm a very laid back and relaxed dog. But if anyone is fighting in the house, I will bark and separate whoever's fighting. I also like to herd little kids running in the yard. Watch out!! I will nip you!! And I love to be loved, I guess you could say I'm a snuggler.
I used to live in upper Michigan wandering the streets, but I got into some trouble and the cops caught me. After that I lived downstate in a no-kill shelter. Thank God I was only there for a little while. Because finally after three months, my new family came to see me. I really didn't care though, I was eating a yummy bone! But luckily they took me home that day in January.
Now I live in Sterling Heights, MI and I have a new, loving family! They feed me, keep me warm, I even have my own bed to lay next to my owners! I've even been given the priviledge to sleep on the bed and the couch! They really do spoil me, hehehe.
Did I mention I LOVE belly rubs? It's my favorite! Once you start petting me, I roll over. That's heaven to me. I also love going to the beach with my family. I love chasing the waves and trying to catch them. I like digging in the sand too, but I pulled a muscle doing that. My owners try to stop me now so I don't hurt myself again. I also am very good with the cats. Even though they really annoy me sometimes, I don't mind them. They're pretty dumb anyways. And when they are fighting, I'm always there in a second to break up the fight.

I love belly rubs too! They're great. Sometimes, if someone is petting me, I use my paws to push them to my belly for some rubs - even with strangers! I like to be subtle.
