Yep, it takes a toll, even on the younger set. We had our cousin Hondo stay with us over the weekend, and that is a workout for Dad and Kane. He is still very much a puppy, and tons of energy! Daisy is put off by him, and doesn't tolerate his antics. But Kane loves every second of it. What more, he is coming back next weekend as well. Sorry to hear that the bath and clipping caught you off guard. Dad says we both need baths a s well, but we are hoping he will forget. Happy belated Mother's Day to your mom, and enjoy the week ahead!

With graduations and Mothers Day, it is a busy time. Enjoy your trip and having the Gson back home. Hopefully one of the interviews works out for him. Going to be another busy week here with field work, but that is fine. Enjoy your day, friends.

Our will be a quiet weekend as well. Then Mother's Day next weekend will involve a trip home to see Gma. But we are looking forward to relaxing some this weekend. It has been summer here, and Daisy is taking a while to acclimate to the hotter temperatures. Those deer better be careful who they mess with. We loved seeing the pictures of Jovi. He is a lucky pup to have found such a wonderful home. We are sure he will keep everyone busy and entertained. Have a great weekend, and enjoy all the landscaping.

Hopefully mom is feeling better soon. That yard work can take a toll on any of us. It is just plain hot here today. 95F! Same for tomorrow before showers and cooler weather return Thursday. Agility will run each of the next three Sundays (assuming we meet on Mother's Day). Kane had a little tussle with a skunk first thing this morning, and the skunk won by a nose, literally. So he had to take a long bath before dad could go to work. Most of the scent is off, but not all. Perhaps he will learn someday. Don't get blown away in the wind, and enjoy the rest of your day.

Our tomatoes are right next to the garage, so they are fairly protected. A late freeze would damage the wheat severely, though. We are about three weeks ahead of schedule in development. Going to be hot here this week, with temps above 90 tomorrow! Much too warm too early. Enjoy the sage, and have a great week.

We think dad is finally going to get the tomatoes planted this weekend. And Kane does agility class starting on Sunday. So it looks like a good weekend ahead after a busy week. Glad to hear mom is doing better. Enjoy the outside time! The storms were nasty, for sure. They said over 75 occurred across four states. Things are good here. Busy at work for dad with a lot of traveling. But no complaints. Have a wonderful week!

Ouch! We hope mom is doing alright. Tell her to take it easy and make sure she take care of that arm. Our Easter was good, and we had fun visiting with family. Our cousin Hondo (A miniature Doxie) is coming to spend the weekend at out house, so that will be fun. He is 3 months old and quite a playful pup. At 3.5 pounds, he holds his own with us. Kane and he get along great, though Daisy isn't quite sure of his antics. BOL. Have agreat weekend, and take care of mom.
