about meHi! My name is Baarney and I'm a 3 1/2 year old Bedlington Terrier. Just so you know, I didn't mispell my name. I look a lot like a lamb (people are always asking mom if I'm a doggie or a lamb) and because lambs go "baaaa" mom and dad thought it would be funny to name me Baarney. My baby sister Tabaatha is a bedlington terrier too and you can see she got the same name. It's kind of cool because nobody has names like us.
Mom and dad got me when I was 8 weeks old, and they spoil me. We have the best time together. I go to work with mom every day and it's great. Mom and dad try and take me and my little sister everywhere. Mom said I was the inspiration for her new business Read My Paws. She named me the official spokesdog so I get emails and my picture taken and lots of attention all the time. It's fun. Check us out at www.readmypaws.com
I'm pretty laid back which is the opposite of my sister. I love my walks with mom and dad, love to run, sleep in their bed and cuddle up next to dad and play with lots of toys. I don't eat a lot. I can go days without wanting my food BUT I never miss a treat or ICE CREAM! Ice Cream is my favorite thing in the whole wide world (next to mom and dad). I'm also spoiled by my Uncle Anthony & Auntie Louise. I don't get to see them all the time because they live far away, but they send the best presents all the time.
I have a little sister who is 1 year old and while I love her, she can be a pain. She thinks she is a princess and should have all the attention. So, I pretend I'm sleeping when I don't want to play with her.

I'm writing this journal for mommy. She wants me to thank everyone for all their support for mommy's race to raise money for that horrible disease cancer. It was this past Saturday. well thanks Lambies Tell mom to hurry up on those projects and let u guys bark at us all the time hey guess what my moms got a ice cream fetish sincw surgery. she eats fudge bars constantly and she never was an ice cream kind of gal. that in itself is strange huh who doesn't wnat ice cream all the time huh guys/gals???

Baarney...Mom saw some doggies just like you at the dog show yesterday! She took a picture of him! They were SO cute and the minute she saw him she said to the others..."Look! It's a lambie"!!! We were all excited to see him! We didn't see him perform however, but just when we were walking through looking at lots of dogs! Be sure and tell Tabaatha also, if you two are on "barking terms" today! BOL!

Thank you! Mommy will now to post to Bobbylee's blog! The real scoop? Well, first of all, Betty (Min Pin Gang) is coming to our house tomorrow morning at 8:30 from her house which is an hour and a half away. We'll try not to bark too loud and scare her! BOL! Then she and Mom are driving 1/2 hour to Christine's (Nazario Pack) She will then drive to the city. Susan, Simba's Mom is driving from her home a little north of us, and Kay, Smoochy's Mom is driving in from Wisconsin..don't know how far away she lives..They'll all meet at the dog show..it's a HUGE place, but every Mom has the others cell #'s. We'll give you more scoop later. (And that's not a scoop of ice cream, Baarney!)

Hey Barney: Your mommy did very good. SHe is a very sweet lady, you and Taabatha better give her lots and lots of lambie kisses every day. I did get an account would you believe, my mom just didn't know how to do it. Ask your mommy what CUC stands for. I know about Chip-In but not about CUC. Mom had a 25 minutes talk with Miss Martha and felt like she was doing pretty good. They laughed a lot. But my mommy is crazy and she can make people laugh. Do not worry Angel Ladybug and I will watch over Miss Martha and my mom will keep trying to call her. My mom sent her "Granny Dan" it was a book on cassette, that you listen too, my mom just had one of those brain thingees, she can't remember what they are called. Anyway Miss Martha said she really enjoyed it because she didn't have to read and it kept her mind occupied. My mom said she would send her another (when she finds them) mommy has had her hair bleached too many times and that makes her a real "DITZY BLONDE"... Oh well, I still love her. Good to hear from you. You really look handsome in your birthday shirt. Love

H Baarney thank you so much for the IAMS coupon we really appreciate it. As of this weekend we will be switching our food totally over to Blue Buffalo. But we will be taking our left over food to our Noah's Ark here in town and donating it to them so many dogs and families will have food for their dogs. I will take this coupon with me and give it to them because I know they will be able to use it. Thank you for thinking of us once again....
