about me

chihuahuaI was brought home with my sister when I was only 5 weeks old. I couldn't hardly eat dog food very well yet. I could fit in the palm of your hand. From the very first night, I slept in the bed with my new Mommy and Daddy. They were really careful not to roll over on me. I'm all grown up now, and I'm a very nervous type Chihuahua. I bark a lot though, especially at dogs that are 10 times bigger than me. I don't like other dogs besides my sister and I don't like other animals or insects, especially flying bugs. We tried to have a cat once but that just didn't work out. At first, I was chasing the cat and then the cat started chasing me. Trouble was, that cat was bigger than me, especially her claws. We found her another good home. If I ever get gone and nobody can find me, I'm usually in the bed snuggled in the covers. That's my favorite place to be. My favorite thing to do is play with my toys. I have all kinds of toys but we call them all monkeys because that's my most favorite toy. I get along well with my sister unless she's trying to get into where I'm already laying. Then I growl at her and give her the "look". She immediately leaves the area. Sometimes we do make peace and sleep snuggled together though. I like to sleep on people's laps too, whenever they sit down long enough. I love to play and dig in my Mommy's long hair. I stick my nose through it and just snuggle away. Even though I'm a little neurotic and paranoid, I'm a sweet dog once you get to know me. You'll have to check out my cool videos.

A terrible accident!

There I was, peacefully snoozing underneath the sofa. Suddenly, Dad sat down on top of me and crushed my ribcage! I suffered 5 broken ribs and a punctured lung! That was on March 8. I'm doing much better now. My lung sealed up but my ribs are still pointing odd directions. Mom and Dad decided not to do the surgery to straighten them out because it would cost way too much.
