My name is Piper and I am a fun loving rat terrier.  My best times are with my MOM and DAD, playing with my toys, and my favorite toy my KONG BALL.  I like to chase all the backyard critters especially the squirrels.  Won't you be my friend. I like to have alot of friends.

about me

My name is Piper, I am a 3 yr old Rat Terrier.  Pure breed of course!  Although my papers say that I am a "Jack Russell Terrier" my MOM and Dad don't believe it.  I live in a nice house with a yard to run and play in.  A big pool to splash and cool off in, but I only go in it when my Mom and Dad put me in.  I really dont like to jump in that cement pond at all.  I am a happy go lucky, very spoiled but very loyal dog.  I like everyone I meet.  My favorite toy is my Red Kong ball it goes everywhere with me.  I also have two stuffed squirrels I carry around.  When I get into trouble its usually because I get caught chewing the tires off my dad's wheelbarrell in the back yard.  He cant use it anymore cuz I flattened the tires...  I am such a cutie they never get mad at me.  I would like to have some more friends.

My mom got me from one of those mall pet shops.  I was 3 months old when she found me in that cage.  I have been free ever since then.  I have a sister she is old, and I mean old as dirt,,, and she really eats dirt... Wire hair fox terrier.  Her name is Chelsea.  I hate it when she trys to eat from my dish.  I growl at her she really isnt that bad but I would rather be the top dog if u know what I mean.  I know in my doggie heart that I am top dog, and Mom and Dad treat me like the top dog.

My Dad says that I'm the best Dog he has ever had.  My mom is always kissing me telling me how much she loves me.  And I even get to sleep everynight by my dads legs under the covers of the big tall bed.  My Dad plays ball with me everday until I am tired.  I don't like Thunder and ligtening so my dad made me a special place to go and keep safe until the storms are over.  He loves me so much... I am a Happy dog.

A new dog in my life

I have a new brother he came to our house from the shelter a few weeks ago.  My mom thought I needed someone to play with after my sister Chelsea went to heaven.  She was old and didn't play much, I guess I missed her more than I thought because after she was gone I was lonely and bored.  My brother is a Jack Russell terrier.  I didnt think any other dog had more energy than me...     Hi Piper - Boy my human mom says you look like my dad and I bet we could really have fun playing together. I am a Jack Rat ( Mom is a Jack Russell and dad was a Rat Terrier) They both have photos on my page. I am sort of a rescue - actually mom was the rescue - I just happen to be inside her at time (surprise) so I guess you could say we were all rescues. Nice to Bark at you - Bark Back Sometime!
